This year WSO is preparing a Regional Meeting in Manila, Philippines, to celebrate the World Stroke Day in October. Together with the Philippine Stroke Society and the Asian Pacific Stroke Society, WSO will participate in a scientific program.

The APSC 2019 shall feature latest stroke researches and updates in stroke diagnosis and treatment. There will be workshops on Neurosonology and Thrombolysis. A certifying session for Neursonology will likewise be conducted. The Scientific Committee is preparing a rich program which will surely address stroke syndromes unique in the Asia Pacific region. This Conference is also a good venue for networking and meeting new friends. Our new consultants will also benefit from the expertise which will be imparted by our distinguished pool of international and national speakers.

Another exciting event that will take place is the celebration of World Stroke Day on October 06, 2019. This is the Run for Stroke campaign for awareness and promotion of healthy lifestyle. In the campaign will take part the delegates of the Conference as well as those who will sign up for the run at www.apscmanila2019.org.

The meeting will take place from October 2 to October 5, 2019 at the SMX Convention Center, Manila, Philippines.
