Preparations for the ESO-WSO 2020 Stroke Conference 12-15th May are ongoing. Conference organisers at ESO and WSO are following the COVID-19 Virus situation closely and are following the recommendations of the health authorities and the meeting organisers.

Preparations for the ESC-WSC conference are going well, we have recently held our abstract review meeting and were impressed by the quality of submissions received.
The ESO-WSO conference organizing committee are following the COVID-19 Virus situation closely and are following the recommendations of the health authorities and the meeting organisers. We will of course ensure adequate facilities for individual precautionary measures such as handwashing and other recommended general measures. Please be assured that we will take all the risks into account, but remain optimistic about a well-attended and successful meeting in mid-May, in Vienna.

We will continue to pay close attention to new developments and guidance from the World Health Organization (WHO) and the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC). We will keep you updated if any new developments come up.

Registrations or the confernce are still open with early bird registration in place until March 17th.
