Future Stroke Leaders Programme: Cohort 3 Kicks Off with First Meeting
02 Dec 2024Cohort 3 of the WSO Future Stroke Leaders Programme held its first virtual meeting with participants and mentors in November 2024.
The programme's much-anticipated face-to-face conference is set for March 31–April 4, 2025, in Perugia, Italy.
In 2025, seed-funded practical projects, guided by WSO mentors, will begin. These projects will conclude with the presentation of results at the World Stroke Congress 2026. Already, we’ve seen tremendous enthusiasm and active engagement from the young leaders, with project groups diving into vibrant discussions.
This programme is committed to shaping the next generation of stroke leaders, empowering them to spearhead innovation and improvements in stroke care globally. We look forward to witnessing the remarkable progress and impact of Cohort 3 in the years to come.
