Objectives of the program:
1. To increase awareness regarding thrombolysis in acute ischemic stroke among physicians from different part of Nepal.
2. To train the physicians from different parts of country about intravenous thrombolysis in acute ischemic stroke.
The two-day program related intravenous thrombolysis in acute ischemic stroke was organized at Hotel Shangri-La and UDM-NINAS which had a beautiful ambience in the heart of Kathmandu Valley. The entire program was organized by Nepal Stroke Association (NSA) and supported by Synergy Corporation and endorsed by major medical institutions of the countries viz. UDMNINAS, Grande International Hospital, Annapurna Institute of Neurological and Allied Sciences, Nepal MediCiti and Norvic International Hospital, Chitwan Medical College, College of Medical Sciences and the The World Stroke Organization (WSO).
