The World Stroke Congress is fast approaching. A truly outstanding program has been put together by the scientific program committee cochaired by Deidre DaeSilva and Stefan Kiechel. A wide range of topics will be presented by a large faculty from around the world. The results of recent clinical trials will be presented as will many other important advances in the stroke field. World Stroke day will take place during the congress and we have special events planned for it. I encourage as many of you as possible to attend in person so please register as soon as possible because the early bird registration option will end soon. For those who cannot make it to Singapore, a portion of the meeting will be available online. I look forward to seeing you in Singapore so please join me and the other members of the WSO leadership there.
