What is the Future Leaders Programme?

Future Stroke Leaders is an initiative of the WSO to develop the technical and research skills of the next generation of stroke professionals. It is a tailored 2-year program to equip a global cohort of early career clinicians and researchers with in-depth understanding of the key challenges in relation to stroke and how these challenges can be addressed within diverse stroke care systems

I am very excited to work with the mentors and other colleagues. Together, we will be presenting our project in the next World Stroke Congress 2022. I hope with my involvement in this program, together with international experts in stroke (care), I will be able to develop a better system and to provide the best high-quality care for stroke patients in the Asean region, Malaysia and specifically in our hospitals.
