Setting up a stroke support organization

Stroke Support Organizations are an important part of the global effort to raise awareness, improve access and drive for action on prevention, treatment and life after stroke issues. WSO has supported the development of a ‘toolkit’ that offers advice and help to those wishing to set up an SSO in countries or regions where none exist. The guide also gives guidance on how to develop and grow your SSO in different countries and contexts, with examples of how real SSOs across the world have achieved success.
