This year we have launched the World Stroke Day #GreaterThan stroke active challenge. We are calling on everyone to commit to some kind of daily physical activity throughout October. The challenge is completely customizable, You can choose the type of activity that suits you from aerobics to zumba - as long as it is a challenge to you that's all that matters! Everyone's activity will be measured in minutes and every minute counts!
